About the Role
As an Administration Support/Booking Clerk, you will provide efficient, timely and high-quality administrative and reception support to the Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation Service. Your day-to-day work will include managing clinic bookings, handling patient enquiries, registering referrals, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting clinicians to ensure services run smoothly..docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)
You will be working in a busy outpatient environment where no two days are the same. This role requires flexibility, as you will support a range of services including Social Work, Speech Language Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and other rehabilitation services, as well as providing cover across the wider admin team when required..docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)
About you
You will be a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Competent keyboard and computer skills
- A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
Desirable:
- Knowledge of medical terminology

About the Team/Service
The Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation Service is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting patients across a range of rehabilitation and wellbeing services. You will be part of a small but highly collaborative admin team that supports clinicians and patients across multiple service areas
