About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised CRS Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting service delivery by coordinating clinical and administrative processes, ensuring efficient patient pathways and high-quality outcomes.
As a CRS Coordinator, you will work closely with clinical teams, stakeholders and support services to manage referrals, coordinate scheduling, and maintain accurate records. You'll ensure that processes run smoothly and that patients receive timely access to services.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven coordination or administrative experience in a healthcare or similar environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office applications

About the Team/Service

Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua – MidCentral is a 350-bed hospital in the city of Palmerston North, Manawatū, a city in the Lower North Island of New Zealand. Palmerston North Hospital is a secondary hospital and offers most medical and surgical specialties with the exception of Cardiothoracic, Plastic and Neurosurgery. The hospital serves a local population of 180,000 but is the base for a regional head and neck oncology service which has responsibility for a population of 550,000 and draws patients from Whanganui, Taranaki, and Hawke's Bay.
