Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) is part of Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatū, Horowhenua and Tararua regions. With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.
We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient, and enthusiastic person to join the team in the Surgical Booking Office at Palmerston North Hospital. This role will be responsible for booking surgical procedures for patients, ongoing management of the waiting lists and communication with the Clinical Teams across the organisation.
The successful applicant must be committed to ensuring patients and seen within the agreed target timeframes set by Te Whatu Ora.
The successful applicants will be professional, have a strong Administration background with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and possess exceptional organisation skills.
