The Opportunity
Opportunities for non-training Orthopaedic Registrar to embark in a career in orthopaedic surgery.
MidCentral District provides an excellent grounding for Orthopaedic Registrars looking to grow and develop their skills. We have a focus on training and development of surgical skills of which we are proud. There are a range of surgeries undertaken electively as well as a high load of trauma cases.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website at www.mcnz.org.nz.
- Completed PGY2 or equivalent.
- Completed GSSE exam will be an advance but not a key requirement.
