Programme Advisor

This role will suit someone who understands the public sector context and the importance of leadership development in strengthening and building current and future leadership capability.  In this role you will be responsible for making sure our wide range of stakeholders, partners and customers receive consistently high quality service including excellent levels of support and advice.

 

Your first-rate relationship management skills and strong attention to detail will ensure that programmes and initiatives are relevant, customer-focused and have measurable return on investment for individuals, agencies and the system.  You will be able to demonstrate your experience of working in a Learning and Development / Organisational Development programme context.

 

The Programme Advisor will

  • Work with the Managing Principal and Programme Coordinator to provide leadership programme and project support, including logistics planning, registration, liaising with facilitators, presenters and participants, workbook and material production.
  • Work with the Managing Principal and wider LDC team to continuously evaluate, review and enhance the delivery and quality of programmes and events.
  • Manage the client interaction data collation through the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, participants and HR/OD.
  • Research and advise on new and innovative channels for the delivery and support of learning solutions and development experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with LDC colleagues, providers, participants and agency HR/OD to achieve targeted developmental outcomes.
