We're now recruiting a Senior Finance Officer to join our team who provide financial services to their designated customers.
In this role you will bring your strong accounts payable expertise and experience with accounting systems to deliver finance-based functions. Your responsibilities will include system administration of the Approval Plus (AP+) system along with the production of reports and the provision of technical support to AP+ end users. While ensuring a quality end to end payment process you will configure and manage the FMIS accounts payable module while proactively improving and maintain internal controls and processes.
This role will also provide backup to the Finance Officer Team Leader role in their absence, so our ideal candidate is someone who has had some experience in team supervision.
Along with your technical skills you will be customer service orientated with the ability to build solid working relationships with your customers and team members. You will be adept at planning and organising your work effectively and enjoy contributing to a positive team environment.
This is a permanent role with salary range being $57,066-$63,406
