Job Description

We are looking for people to join our busy team who have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound numerical skills
  • Accurate and quick keyboard skills
  • An interest in payroll

The end and start of the school year is our busiest time.  We need a team of who can deliver high quality transactions and a range of payroll activities using HRIS software.  The team also provides superior customer service for school queries and requests for support in a complex environment. 

To be successful in this position you will be able to tick the following boxes:

  • Strong aptitude for working with computerised systems
  • Great memory for specialist industry knowledge
  • A positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving ability - able to "look outside of the square"
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Focused on providing successful outcomes for the customer and striving for continuous improvement
  • Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure with specific deadlines.
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant, with potential opportunities to progress into roles across our wider business.
