Are you interested in a busy and varied administration role in an organisation dedicated to helping our communities? Fire and Emergency New Zealand is looking for a motivated, energetic, and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Auckland CBD based team. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support.
- General office administrative duties including meeting organisation and minutes.
- Responding to public and internal enquiries.
- Project and events coordination and administration.
- Accounts payable and asset management
Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role:
Efficiently deliver a range of administrative activities in a responsive and timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining quality administration systems and delivering support to a
high standard within agreed timeframes to ensure a reliable support service is provided. This role will require you to analyse, respond, action, or redirect enquiries and become a trusted point of contact for the Region.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to work as an effective and collaborative team member.
- Excellent problem solver who thrives on providing a great service.
- A Positive “can do” attitude.
- A current and full NZ driver's licence.

The salary range for this role is $59,674 - $66,304 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
