Use your project coordination or EA experience to support a wide range of projects for real world issues impacting our front-line fire fighters
Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role
Support our projects team on a range of projects across our organisation. You will be proactively supporting our project managers on the support and delivery of approved and funded projects. On a day-to-day basis you will create governance packs, support planning, manage scheduling, process finances and invoices, as well as putting together agendas and taking meeting minutes.
Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role:
Bring your strong project coordination or experience as a senior executive assistant with exposure to projects. Ideally with experience working with or coordinating projects within a large and complex organisation. Your attention to detail and experience in coordinating project functions, for example financial and schedule planning, will be key to this position. You will work well with a team of senior project professionals in a fast-paced environment. It would be an advantage to have an understanding of the emergency sector, but not essential.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
- Excellent experience in coordination, working alongside project managers, senior managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage schedules and stick to an agreed timeframe
- Experience in financial and activity planning, coordination, forecasting and reporting
- Strong computer literacy, specifically within the Microsoft suite, specific project related software/applications understanding would again be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $83,155 – $92,394 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
