Are you looking for a role with flexibility where your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and love of process will see you hit the ground running?

In this role, you will be providing essential support to the Patient journey and Outpatients Service by processing from request for service a variety of surgical referrals to allow clinicians to triage in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include mail collection and sorting and other administrative tasks as required to ensure that patient journey is a smooth one.

You will be the kind of person who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and be skilled at multi-tasking. Although you won't have any direct patient/client contact, we are looking for a team player who is willing get stuck in and assist the wider team where required. Our ideal candidate looks to take ownership of their work and understands department and organisational priorities.

Flexibility is a must in this role as there will be opportunities to work additional hours to support leave and busy periods etc. The hours of work will be negotiable with the successful applicant however the days worked must be between Monday to Friday.

The salary for this position is between $36,239 to $42,740 (pro-rata for part-time) per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
