Are you looking for a new challenge? Southern District Health Board has an exciting opportunity for you to make your mark. We are seeking a highly motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly team at Dunedin Hospital on a permanent part-time basis.

About the role - what's in it for me?

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Ward 8 med on a permanent, part-time basis. We would love to hear from those with excellent communication skills who also work well within a team. Working under the delegation of the Registered Nurses you will be able to manage your time effectively and really enjoy the challenge of treating acute medical patients. You will have excellent assessment, documentation and time management skills.

About you

We're looking for a nurse who isexperiencedand organised, friendly and calm, able to work independently and at the same time genuinely interested in the best outcome for both patient and team.

To succeed in this role you will need to have the following:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with NCNZ and have a current Practising Certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused
  • Previous experience would be an advantage
