File Management Support Officer

Christchurch, Canterbury District

Two Positions Available

Permanent, Full Time

Salary Range $51,123.00 - $69,167.00

The File Management Group have two positions available to fill the role of File Management Support Officer (FMSO) based at Canterbury DHQ (Christchurch Central Police Station).

 

The role of FMSO provides administrative support to Police across the whole District. This includes data entry, typing, transcription, process and movement of files, preparation of prosecution files and fielding general computer related queries from clients.

 

The role requires the use of various Police and standard computer programs.

 

The role is a team based role in a open plan office involving 7 day shift work on a roster that consists of 3 Early shifts , 3 Late shifts , 3 Rostered Days Off.

 

Training will be provided to the successful applicants by the supportive team around you.

  • Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders

 

Experiences:

  • Demonstrate a knowledge and application of computer based record and Microsoft Office systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data entry
  • Demonstrate customer service skills and an ability to work in a team environment

 

Special Requirement:

  • The successful applicants must reside in the Canterbury
