About the role

Our Gracefield Innovation Quarter (GIQ) is where all the magic happens. The GIQ Asset Manager's role is critical to the success of the Gracefield Innovation Programme. Reporting to the GIQ Design Lead you will be responsible for and implement robust asset management plans that ensure the protection and improvement to the overall quality of our assets. You will guide short and long-term asset management planning and investment decisions including strategic, lifecycle, best practice frequency and priority of maintenance. You will have good variety in your day dealing with a large variety of key stakeholders, groups, service providers and staff both internal and external.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • asset management experience with large complex property portfolios
  • a track record of delivering outcomes in a team environment
  • worked within a complex delivery organisation involving strategic, operational and financial accountability
  • a relevant Tertiary qualification or proven work experience within asset management
  • clear communication, time management, attention to detail, issue and risk management skills.
