Human Resource Advisor / Senior Advisor

National Locations Available

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary Range $71,357.00 - $125,744.00

We are looking for individuals to join our National People and Capability Group as HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors.  As a National Team we have vacancies available across the following locations:

-                      Wellington

-                      Auckland

-                      Hamilton

-                      Other locations may be considered

This adaptive role will see you successfully engage with managers and stakeholders to lead, coach and support them towards being at the heart of the employment relationship. You will be focused on business partnering, networking and advising in an ever growing organisational model - in order to build and maintain our value driven practices. HR is an ever-changing industry and we are committed to training an adaptive and pro-active HR team in order to capably steer our organisation into the future, and achieve 'Being our best - Eke Panuku'.

Through driving your own caseload and working in collaboration with other People and Capability functions, you will provide a wide variety of technical HR advice and options to support the business in Change Management, Performance Management, Disciplinary and other employment matters. Your ability to quickly build solid and credible working relationships will be critical to your success.

Special requirement:

  • Applicants must hold a relevant tertiary qualification or relevant work experience as an HR Specialist.


Additional information

  • Applicants must be a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand or Australia.
  • Applicants must satisfactory meet the Police vetting & reference check requirements
  • Salary range will vary depending on skill sets (Bands set as: Senior HR Advisor Band J $92,940 - $125,744 / HR Advisor Band G $71.357,00 - $96.542,00)
