About the role

We are looking for a creative and efficient Marketing Production Coordinator to join our Marketing, Communications and Experience team based in central Auckland.

Reporting to the Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist, this role supports the delivery of effective marketing communications, managing internal work-flows, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining detailed production time-lines for all our projects. This role is also responsible for determining detailed design and content briefs to ensure all marketing, communications and programme materials are delivered on time, on brand, on message and help to advance our mission as New Zealand's innovation agency.

About you

To thrive in this role, you will have the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and communications or equivalent experience
  • Two to three years experience working in marketing, communications or similar positions
  • Relevant production coordination experience in a communications and marketing team environment, or with a creative, PR, media or marketing agency
  • Strong creative (visual), verbal and written communication skills and a well-developed understanding of the fundamentals of good marketing and communications
  • Analytical and insightful attention to detail
  • The ability to self-manage, make sound judgements and prioritise workloads
  • Experience building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships
