Case Management Support Officer

Wellington

Permanent, Full Time

Salary Range $51,123.00 - $69,167.00

The File Management Centre have two positions available to fill in the role of Case Management Support Officer (CMSO).

The role of CMSO provides administrative support to Police across the whole District. This includes data entry, typing, process and movement of files, mail sorting and fielding general computer related queries from clients.

The role requires the use of various Police and standard computer programs.

The role is team-based and will operate primarily during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, however this is subject to rotation that may involve some shift work. 

Training will be provided to the successful applicants by the supportive team around you.

  • Enter, update and report on high volume files/documents/data entry processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of computer based records, reporting, data accuracy and data integrity
  • Demonstrate time management and an ability to prioritise workload.
  • Demonstrate customer service skills an ability to work in a team environment
