About the role
As an HR Coordinator - People and Capability, you'll be a central figure in our dynamic team, focused on assisting the smooth operation of HR and recruitment processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that we attract the finest talent to the most suitable positions when needed. You'll work collaboratively within our People and Capability team, serving as the primary support for HR-related matters.
What you'll do
In this multifaceted role, you'll be at the core of our HR and recruitment operations, providing essential administrative support to our HR and Recruitment Advisors.
Your role involves maintaining pristine HR and Recruitment documentation, streamlining processes, and proactively managing workforce assignments, including secondments and fixed-term contracts.
You'll also play a crucial role in recruitment activities, from interview scheduling to contract development. In addition, you'll efficiently coordinate recruitment processes, assist with our Recruitment ATS system and external job boards, and ensure compliance within the Ministry Contractor portfolio.
What you'll bring
We're seeking candidates who bring a blend of project coordination or team support experience, ideally with 1-2 years in HR administration. While prior recruitment experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
Your familiarity with public sector and government policies, coupled with excellent planning skills and a keen eye for detail, will be assets in this role.
