File Management Support Officer

Bay of Plenty

Salary Range: $51,123.00 - $69,167.00

Multiple Positions Available

Permanent, Fulltime

This role of File Management Support Officer is in the File Management Centre based at Bay of Plenty District Headquarters, Rotorua and requires an engaged, highly motivated person to support the File Management functions to the Bay of Plenty district and wider organisation.

 

File Management Centres are an integral part of the overall Service group.  Each FMC is part of a nationally managed group which supports a number of key elements of the case management process and provides key services to both Police staff and members of the public.

Skills – you will be able to:

  • Enter, update and report on high volume files/documents/data entry processes
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
  • Prepare correspondence for internal and external agencies

 

 

Experience – you must demonstrate:

  • Thorough knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Systems, computer based records, reporting, data accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in time management and an ability to prioritise workload.
  • An ability to work in a team environment

Special Requirements:

  • All shortlisted applicants may be required to undergo a typing test, with a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
