Salary Range: $64,813.00 - $87,693.00

We are looking for a top quality Selection Specialist to join our high performing Recruitment Hub based in Tauranga.


Our team is made up of recruitment professionals who work together to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality police recruits for the Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Eastern and Central police districts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about recruitment, is focused on the provision of high service level and is looking to establish themselves in a highly successful team.


You will have recent experience (ideally 3 years plus) in end to end recruitment from either an agency or internal role, and be familiar and comfortable with the compliance based usage of a range of recruitment tools and systems. Being able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and high competency level in behavioural based interviewing, psychometric assessment tools and their use in the selection process is essential.


You will enjoy being part of a professional and high functioning team, have sound judgement, an eye for detail and an ability to build rapport with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume, fun and flexible environment.


Travel is a part of this role and may be up to 5 days per month.


You will work with a range of technologies to manage key aspects of the recruitment process and deliver high-quality outcomes. Therefore a high degree of computer literacy is essential.
