Medical Imaging Technologist

An exciting opportunity awaits for a qualified and experienced Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) to join our team at Lakes District Hospital.
About you
This role is based in General X-Ray and you'll be required to conduct Diagnostic Medical Imaging examinations and CT imaging in a safe and professional manner. You'll be required to liaise with staff and patients within the Hospital and wider Southern DHB so good communication skills are essential. You'll need to have a focus on quality and professionalism and be able to work unsupervised.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified MIT, be registered with the Medical Radiation Technologist Board (MRTB) and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC). A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
