Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role
As part of our Health Monitoring Programme developing a programme to monitor the medical and psychological health of our people, the Coordinator Health Monitoring Programme will be responsible for a wide range of support to the Programme Manager and wider team.
You will coordinate workshops and meetings, engage with stakeholders across the organisation, and develop and review critical programme documentation for the programme. You will track and report on key milestones and support the programme to meet all its deliverables.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a background in programme or project coordination. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks within a busy and high performing team. You will be flexible and able to support the team in a wide variety of tasks.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have:
- Strong experience working in a programme or project co-ordination role
- Strong experience in managing all administrative support for various meeting forums including programme governance
- Strong financial management skills working with programme staff and Finance personnel as required for the processing of programme financial transactions and summary spend/forecast reporting
- Proven ability to provide secretariat support including taking detailed meeting minutes
- Experience providing administrative support to monthly reporting
- Extensive experience within the MS suite toolset, especially with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe and Sharepoint
Salary range $83,155 - $92,394 actual salary dependent on skills and experience.
