Salary Range: $85,829.00 - $116,123.00

The ICTSC provides advice and services to NZ Police covering business process improvement, information management, telecommunications and technology.


The Integrated Planning function sits under Business Enablement which covers;

  • ICT Strategy Development,
  • ICT Portfolio & Project Management,
  • Integrated Planning, Service Delivery and Business Portfolio Management,
  • Partnering, Contract and Vendor Management.


We have an opportunity for you to join our Integrated Planning team working as part of the Planning team.  You will perform a pivotal role of ensuring the billing of services under ICTs Partner Service contracts are reliable and correct for payment, you will take the lead in monitoring costs and benefits from service improvements and initiatives so these are realised as planned. This is a dynamic and challenging position where you will be expected to provide insightful reporting and expert advice to enable managers to optimise the value provided from these service contracts.

Other key attributes to ensure success in this role is the ability to work collaboratively with Vendors, the ability to provide insights into process improvements and the ability to work with large volumes of complex monthly Vendor data.


You will be able to demonstrate the following technical requirements:

  • Ability to identify core reasons behind variances and to provide accurate insights into monthly reports
  • Ability to identify and lead ongoing improvement opportunities in reporting and process
