Personal Assistant  - Business Support Services

We have a full-time permanent opportunity to for an enthusiastic, positive and efficient PA to join our Business Support Services (BSS) in our Wellington office.  Business Support Services is an important and dynamic team that supports multiple people in their valuable work for our government.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Support and Facilities, the PA/Corporate Co-ordinator role is integrated within the centralised administration team.  You will be based in a business directorate providing support for up to three Directors, and customer-focused administrative services/advice to multiple teams.

 Your success in this role will be a result of your:

  • Experience in a comparable role within a  large corporate or a government organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding relationship management skills – you will be representing BSS across the organisation
  • Proven ability to successfully handle multiple priorities under pressure

You'll be proficient in diary and email management with an uncanny ability to provide the answers before they're asked.
