Business Support Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Business Support Co-ordinator to join the Business Support and Facilities team at the Ministry for the Environment.   Reporting to the Team Leader Business Support, you will work as part of a centrally based hub to deliver a broad range of administrative services. This role will primarily be based on reception.

Our Business Support Team provides centralised, customer-focused, administration support across the Ministry.  The model is designed to provide flexible and integrated support, adapting to business needs as required – and provides you with plenty of variety and challenge.

The Business Support Co-ordinators' day is varied – While we are looking for someone to be primarily based on reception, you will be someone who likes change and flexibility.  You will demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times through your positive and proactive approach – quite simply, you always make it easy for your customers.  

The Business Support Co-ordinators have a weekly roster system with start times varying from 7.30am to 8.45, Monday to Friday.

Salary range: $41,234 to $55,787
