Currently in the middle of a cultural transformation we are implementing new ways of working to deliver change in behaviour and lifting performance across the organisation. You will inspire and influence leadership thinking around this change whilst leading a team with energy and drive to embrace global best practice on people and capability. You will have the opportunity to innovate current systems and processes to better enable the business. As a proven leader with a history of building both high engagement and performance in your teams you will bring a return on investment focus for MfE.    

The new People and Culture Team will help us bring MfE's 'Edge' to life.  This will mean reviewing every aspect of our people framework – so that our Edge behaviours are the touchstone of all that we do - keeping things simple, high impact and leading edge as we revamp our approach to talent acquisition, recruitment, induction, performance, learning and development, and reward and recognition. We value innovation, policy entrepreneurship and thought leadership, and our clear purpose and behaviours (our Edge) underpin all that we do.
