About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Change to join our team in a newly formed role.


The Senior Analyst, Change will play a key role in supporting the Oranga Tamariki Change Programme and ensuring the successful delivery of our programme of work.


Working closely with the Principal Advisor Change and GM Change the Senior Analyst will be responsible for; planning, developing and maintaining change frameworks, reporting and analysis of change activity and providing advice to business units and stakeholders.


Another key aspect of this position is on a wide view of change projects that are underway and are coming up throughout the organisation.


Skills and experience:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst.  To be successful in the role you will have the following;


  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely and be able to present information in multiple formats.  
  • Experience in data collection, analysis and presentation of complex information visually
  • Proficient user of Microsoft computer applications, including good skills using Excel and Visio
  • The ability to navigate, develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proven experience in a government environment, and a good understanding of how organisations operate
  • Ability to see the "big picture" and understand the strategic context of projects
  • Background in change methodology an advantage
