About our Team

At Insights MSD we help the Ministry to make better decisions using our expertise for research, evaluation, reporting and data analytics. Our focus is on supporting the integration of insights into action, and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.

Insights MSD's Information Development team are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Unit Manager, Team Managers and Lead Analysts which may include responsibility for managing the logistics of external goods and services for individual projects as well as supporting project management activities.

There are multiple projects that you could be involved in and these are centred around the Information Development team's main deliverables: data warehousing and data development.

About you

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, in particular EXCEL and Visio
  • Good system skills in both mainframe and PC based environment
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and pragmatic attitude
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Strong partnership builder
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Sound judgement skills
  • Ability to maintain performance under pressure
  • Strong sense of probity

The following are not compulsory but are preferred:

  • Experience in supporting governance bodies
  • Experience in a project environment
  • Good project management experience and understanding
