Service Quality Officer - Permanent

Christchurch based

About the Role

The Service Quality Officer is responsible for the monitoring and checking of benefit decisions from MSD's Regional Service Centres. This includes completing random checking of benefit decisions made by Case Managers.  The SQO also prepares monthly reports for Service Centres covering performance, trends and any areas of potential concern. 

Skills and Experience

Experience in analysing, processing and reporting on information is important, as is a detailed understanding, and experience with, a range of Service Delivery products and services.  An understanding of benefits and experience in case management would be beneficial. 

You will bring to the role:

As this role may include travel, a willingness to travel to fulfil job requirements is necessary.
