Our Data Management and Information Delivery Unit in our Insights Group is looking for an experienced SAS Analyst to help us deliver on our work programme. We are a busy team who work together to ensure that the information the Ministry collects is made available to others in a form that is useful and appropriately structured.

The DMaID Unit is a critical part of iMSD and the wider Ministry. We are responsible for data stewardship ensuring safe and leading practice around data linking, privacy, ethics and access; development and maintenance of business rules and providing advice on data quality.

We are looking for someone experienced in data development using SAS software within a large data warehouse that brings together corporate information from a variety of different business contexts. Experience with extracting, validating, formatting and analysing information will be essential. You will be able to talk to both technical and non-technical people about numbers and data and you will have the capability to lead projects and piece of work on behalf of the DMaID unit.
