Service Assurance Consultant

Join our Digital Business Services group as a Service Assurance Consultant to play a key role in transforming how we deliver Digital Products & Services.

The purpose of the role

This role sits within the Analytics Service Line who are the technical owners of the systems and services used to analysis data and make them available to StatsNZ users.

You will be a key part of the Analytics Leadership team reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Digital Services – Analytics. Working closely with our Service Portfolio Manager and Solution Architect you will assure the quality, security compliance, scalability and sustainability of all analytical products and services delivered by the service line.

This role is also responsible for the planning and management of all digital trust activities, testing, change/release processes, security accreditation support,  and continual improvement initatives within the Analytics Service Line.

Person specifications

Broad range of relevant practical experiences including process or change release management, test planning and implementation, security and wider assurance processes in a digital services delivery environment.

Proven ability to manage/communicate across all levels in an organisation and maintain strong working relationships across organisation.

Proven ability to engage and motivate others.

We're also offering a base salary for this role between $74,000 - $100,000, depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
