As a Case Manager, every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as your work has a meaningful impact on people's lives.

 

As a Case Manager with our Rotorua team, you will work alongside clients to provide support help improve their lives and enable them to move into employment and other development opportunities. Your welcoming approach and Manāakitanga with our people will enable you to know them, understand how to best support them and work together to achieve goals is an attribute in this role. You'll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative and relationship management skills to the role. You're comfortable navigating your way around computer systems and enjoy finding solutions to problems. We are looking for someone who is focused on achievement and can practically help others to access job opportunities, training and development, education programmes and work experience because they understand the labour market, employment and career advisory.  A full driver's licence is also an advantage.

Remuneration for this role is from $46,688 to $64,196 per annum (Range D). Application along this salary scale is dependent on relevant work experience and evidenced skills.
