About the Role


Your focus will be to provide central administration of our facilities services and spaces (meeting rooms, utility rooms, kitchen and hub areas) to ensure our service offering is of a consistently high quality standard.


Working closely with National Office Facilities staff you'll establish systems and methods for ensuring quality and consistency of service. Key to the position will be to enhance the quality assurance framework for monitoring and reporting of issues and service delivery outcomes, provide reports and recommendations for improvement opportunities.



Skills and Experience


You'll bring a ‘hands-on' approach to your duties to ensure a high quality standard is consistently achieved. A strong customer focus and attention to detail  are essential.


 In addition you'll need:


  • A background in quality assurance or facilities administration
  • Ability in developing and monitoring quality frameworks
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • A passion for delivering high quality services to our customers
  • An ability to prioritise  and organise work to meet deadlines and standards
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to collate and produce reports
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft products
