We're looking for a senior analyst to join our relationship support team. The relationship support team turns our data and information into valuable insights, which are used to support interactions with our customers.

You will be the link between the data and the customer facing teams, developing and utilising our extensive data sets to produce meaningful insights that improve outcomes of the tertiary education sector.


What will you be doing?

  • Analyse, package and summarise data and information, both proactively and reactively.
  • Develop, maintain and utilise key information and data sets, continuously improving frameworks and data sets.
  • Work across the relationship support teams, relationship managers and other TEC teams to improve the relevance of information provided.
  • Ensure our customer-facing colleagues are well-supported with relevant and meaningful information to support their engagements.


What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience utilising varied data sets and information products to produce insights..
  • The ability to work across internal and external teams to source data, information and requirements.
  • Experience at a senior level being the link between customers and the data.
