We're looking for a training manager for our customer contact group who can ensure a high standard of efficient and effective customer focused service, building high levels of satisfaction and trust in TEC by coaching and training both new and current staff.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and implementing a Customer Contact training and development strategy.
  • Leading and evaluating training programs, orientation, and personnel development.
  • Prepare, refine and disseminate training and educational materials, and deliver training to the Customer Contact Group as teams and/or individuals as applicable.
  • Managing the training coordinator.

 

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in leading and developing teams, and individuals, including experience in coaching and mentoring professional staff
  • Experience in customer service delivery, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Relevant Learning and Development experience.
