Job Description

Service Management Advisor (twelve months fixed-term)

We're looking for a Service Management Advisor for our Customer Contact Group. Our Customer Contact Group is responsible for ensuring a high standard of efficient and effective customer focused service, and building high levels of satisfaction and trust in the TEC.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and mapping processes and procedures.
  • Documenting standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborating with teams across the TEC to drive continuous improvement.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience of Microsoft Word and Visio.
  • Experience in customer service delivery, ideally in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to form and maintain successful working relationships within and across teams.
