Job Description

Assistant HR Advisor

About our Team

We are a welcoming, eclectic and inclusive team who pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and getting the job done.  We are committed to providing a quality HR service across the organisation and are continually looking at ways to make our processes more efficient and customer centric.  Our team operates at pace and we are deeply passionate about what we do and equally proud of who we are and what we achieve.

About the Role

Due to internal promotions within the team, we are looking for Assistant HR Advisors who have a genuine desire to learn, share and develop their skills.  In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries via phone and email and will be responsible for delivering timely advice and support to a diverse stakeholder group.  You will also support our friendly Recruitment team by advertising, booking interviews and preparing offer documentation.

There will be lots of opportunities to learn and you will be supported by our amazing HR Advisors and other specialist teams.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role, you will offer:

  • a strong customer focus with an exceptional eye for detail
  • an understanding of HR administration and/or recruitment coordination
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve results
  • an ability to juggle and prioritise work, often within tight timeframes
  • a pleasant and professional communication style
  • experience working within a workflow or case queue (would be a distinct advantage).

Above all of this, you will have a great work ethic, have a reputation for your obliging approach and be an exceptional team player.

If you have the necessary skills and experience, we want to hear from you.
