Site Project Coordinator – Fixed Term/Secondment (until 29 May 2020) – Full time - Wellington

We now have a vacancy for a skilled administrator/project coordinator to join a busy team that is working towards delivering an improved interior fit-out to the Ministry's frontline service centre sites across the country to not only advance the physical security of the sites, but also to enhance the client service experience. About the role


We are looking for a skilled administrator who is a self-starter, enjoys working collaboratively and has great attention to detail to be part of this nation-wide exciting new initiative. The role is based in our Willis Street office (regional) but is part of the wider Property and Facilities National Office team.


Key skills and experience


To be considered for this position you will have:


  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reporting skills
  • Ability to record information and type documents
  • Attention to detail
  • Project and/or property experience would be considered an advantage
