Operational Support Advisor


  • Supporting the provision of advice and technical support to our housing teams across Service Delivery
  • Support the delivery of housing services to our clients
  • Work in a small dynamic team
  • Permanent role, Wellington based.


An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Advisor to assist the team in providing advice and technical support to ensure we are delivering on our key housing goals and objectives. This newly created role would suit someone who has experience on the front line and understands the importance of our clients and working with their dynamic lives and complex needs.   You will need to be able to demonstrate your use of systems and presentation of high quality information.


In this role, you will:


  • Contribute to the advice and support to managers and business units to improve end to end client service delivery
  • Participate in the analysis, review and recommendations for the planning and implementation of our delivery of housing products and services
  • Provide input into risk advice and support, identifying issues that may impact on work programmes and delivery
  • Have great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrate proven experience delivering quality work to tight deadlines
  • Be a highly effective communicator with sound judgement
  • Have strong understanding of MS Office and a curious mind to understand systems and how they operate.
