Customer Service Representatives

 

Permanent, Full Time (37.55 hours per week)

 

 We are seeking motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone to start on Monday 24th June 2019. We‘re hiring people who are dependable to their core and who have the grit and the tenacity to show up and work hard even when the going is tough. About the role

 

Although you will be part of a team, you will work as an individual quickly building rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistance. You will respond to client requests for information and support in line with legislation and policy. Working in a fast-paced environment you will talk on the phone, navigate through computer systems and type notes at the same time. You will work full time rostered shifts with varying times within the below days and timeframes:
 
  • Monday to Friday 6.55am to 10.00pm and
  • Saturday 7.55am to 6.00pm
 
The start date for this role is Monday 24th June 2019.

 

About you

 

You enjoy providing great customer service and finding solutions for clients through different channels. You will have great listening skills, attention to detail and treat everyone with empathy and kindness.
