Senior Advisor, People Culture & Inclusion

About the Role


Working alongside our other dedicated Senior Advisors, you will lead, support and contribute to the design, development and delivery of some of our exciting organisational performance and development projects.  This includes:


  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Developing our People Strategy
  • Gender Pay Gap Action Plan priorities
  • Supporting our MSD Employee Networks – PROUD@MSD, Women's Network, Pacifica Helava and the Disabled Network.

Skills and Experience


We are looking for someone with an interest and proven experience in designing, developing and delivering significant organisation-wide projects and programmes of work that support people to thrive.  You will need to be flexible, resourceful and resilient, with strong interpersonal, analytical and technical skills.


Having an understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and a focus on biculturalism/Te Ao Maori would be an advantage.
