Change Manager

We have a key position for a Change Manager in the Client Experience & Service Design team to ensure we delivery of a significant programme of work. This role is vital in leading activities that will both identify change impacts and resulting change implementation support requirements for the project.


As an experienced Change Manger you'll be responsible for;


  • Creating change management approaches and plans as part of major projects and change programmes
  • Implementing and delivering the change management components necessary to drive successful change programmes
  • Providing integrated change support to key business initiative's
  • Undertaking risk assessments to identify potential hazards and road blocks
  • Successfully coordinating the communication, engagement and training activities to enable rapid adoption of change.


To be successful in the role you'll need to have a real passion for change and supporting people to understand and accept changes. You'll have experience in leading change in order to bring your expertise in change management methodologies, tools and principles to a variety of major change programmes. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and structured planning approach are critical to ensure new practices, processes and ways of working are embedded in our change programmes.
