About the Role

 

We are seeking an experienced Advisor to lead the analysis and reporting of performance information to deliver insight and aid decision-making.

 

The position will offer you the chance to work in a high performing team on regular Executive and Ministerial performance reports, whilst developing performance frameworks and reporting on the organisation's key initiatives and overall strategy.  

 

You will provide high quality analysis and advice to Ministers, the leadership team, governance groups and senior leaders and use your relationship skills to work with business leads across the organisation.

 

You will also contribute to the Ministry's monitoring of three Crown Entities.  You will analyse and provide advice to Ministers on the Entities' reporting, planning and accountability documents and processes, assist with Board member appointment processes, and develop strong relationships with key staff, including managers and Board members, to support strategic decision-making.

About the Team

 

You will be part of a small team that supports Ministers and senior executive management in their accountability to Parliament and the public by preparing answers to questions from Select Committees, and establishing relationships with Parliamentary officials to ensure that review processes run smoothly.
