Service Centre Manager – Housing


East Coast Region – positions can be based either Gisborne or Hawkes Bay

Permanent, full time

 

Reporting to the Regional Director, the role of the Manager - Housing is to provide effective leadership and efficient management of services that contribute to whānau independence.
  

About you
 

Manaakitanga with our people will enable you to understand how to best lead a team of Housing Advisors across the East Coast Region.

 

You will be a proven change leader - at a strategic and operational level, as you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of Regional and National initiatives that achieve successful outcomes.  You will be an innovative and inspirational leader within a busy service delivery environment.  Your focus will be embedding an outcomes-focussed culture

 

You will be someone who can motivate, coach, encourage and inspire your teams to succeed.  Your ability to establish credibility and manage relationships across diverse internal and external audiences will also be evident.

What we offer


Remuneration for this role is from $85,749.00 to $107,186.00. Application along this salary scale is dependent on relevant leadership experience and evidenced skills.

 

Due to portfolio coverage of the wide East Coast region, a willingness to travel to fulfil job requirements and a current full New Zealand licence without restrictions is required.
