Reception/Administrator

Wellington 

 

We're looking for an experienced person with the skills and enthusiasm to support the heritage work of our Wellington staff and our customers.

 

Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga is New Zealand's lead agency for heritage identification, protection and advocacy. You will be based in our Central Region team, but also provide support for the  Organisational Development Team. You will be the first point of contact for the enquiries and visitors to the office. The role also includes a wide range of administrative duties to support and assist our team of heritage professionals, including: meeting and travel arrangements, record and file management, systems and database administration. 

 

This is a full-time role. Being customer-focused is essential in this position and you must also have initiative, an eye for detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
