Executive Assistant to GM Policy
  • Provide critical executive level support
  • Varied role, providing support to busy GM and team

Are you are an experienced Executive Assistant ready for a challenge? Are you politically aware and comfortable dealing with senior executives?  Are organisational skills your greatest strength? 


An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced EA to support one of our Policy GMs.  In this role you will support both a busy GM and the wider team.  Your primary role will be to provide high level executive support to the GM.  This includes providing diary and email management, organise stakeholder meetings and travel, and prepare documentation including meeting agendas and contracts. You will also assist the wider team with administrative support, making sure everything runs smoothly and all team systems and processes are as efficient as possible.


Self-managing, you will be comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and have an unflappable approach in stressful situations.  You are able to engage with a range of stakeholders including disabled and older people with respect and empathy.  You have the confidence and judgement to keep things moving without your manager and make sure deadlines are met.
