This is a two-year fixed-term role for an experienced PMO lead to complete the establishment and manage the PMO for the RoVE Programme. The PMO is currently a team of four (PMO Lead, Planner, Governance Analyst and Administrator). The team is expected to grow to include benefits, risks and assurance and financial analysis functions.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting projects across the RoVE Programme including setting minimum standards that projects within RoVE.

  • Working closely with other functions to ensure appropriate input is provided and relevant standards, processes, frameworks and tools are applied on projects within RoVE, eg, TEC EPMO, Principal Risk Advisor, Financial Management Accountant, Procurement).

  • Be the home for governance and control – such as quality standards, approvals, budget monitoring, risk and issue management, schedule management, change control etc.

  • Provide key information to governance groups for decision making.

  • Taking a proactive and supportive role in the successful delivery of programme.

What can you bring?

  • PMI/PRINCE2/Agile qualifications would be an advantage.

What will you get in return?

  • A significant role in a large programme of work with a meaningful impact on the Tertiary Education System.
