About the Role


We are seeking someone who has experience in facilities management looking to take the next step in their career.


As a Senior Administrator Facilities Management, you will ensure the consistent provision of high-quality services and facilities management at National Office.  You will regularly monitor and report progress towards achievement of plans and strategies, including analysing trends in maintenance costs and recommend appropriate action.


A key focus of the role will be mentoring our dedicated receptionists to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all visitors, staff, contractors and external suppliers.

Skills and Experience:


  • demonstrated experience in a modern facilities management environment
  • experience in data analysis and reporting
  • the ability to write clear and concise material at an operational level for various audiences
  • great planning and organisational skills

  • demonstrate initiative and manage competing demands
  • excellent communication, engagement and interpersonal skills.
