About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development practitioner to lead the design and delivery of significant organisational development projects. These projects support the achievement of the Ministry's people and business strategies.

Come and share your expertise and thought leadership to embed organisation values and other exciting organisational development strategies, including culture and inclusion.

 

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will offer:

  • demonstrated ability to lead and implement organisational development strategies in a large, complex environment
  • subject matter expertise in more than one area of organisational development
  • experience in project planning and delivery
  • great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • mentoring and sharing expertise to support the wider team
  • the ability to make the connection between strategic development and operational reality
  • basic knowledge of Te Ao Maori
  • confident presentation and facilitation skills
  • a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
