Assistant HR Advisors (2 Fixed Term/Secondment opportunities)

 

1 x Fixed Term/Secondment until 27th March 2020
1 x Fixed Term/Secondment until 20th November 2020

  • Starting salary between $50,000 - $66,000

 

About the Role

We are looking for two enthusiastic Assistant HR Advisors who are keen to learn, share and develop their HR capabilities to cover two members of our team who have secured secondments in support of their development.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries via phone and email and will be responsible for delivering timely advice and support to a diverse stakeholder group.

You will also support our friendly Recruitment team by advertising, booking interviews and preparing offer documentation.  You will manage high volumes of work and be able to plan and manage your working days to prioritise conflicting deadlines.

Our HR Advisors and wider HR Operations team will be on hand to provide you with advice, support and opportunities to attend worthwhile meetings to enhance your breadth of HR exposure.

 

Skills and Experience

 

To be successful in the role, you will offer: 

  • a strong customer focus with an exceptional eye for detail
  • working experience and understanding of HR administration and/or recruitment coordination
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve results
  • an ability to juggle and prioritise high volumes of work, often within tight timeframes
  • an interest in continuous improvement of different working procedures
  • a pleasant and professional communication style
  • working experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous
  • experience working within a workflow or case queue (would be a distinct advantage).

Above all of this, you will have a great work ethic, have a reputation for your obliging approach and be an exceptional team player.
