Administration Officer – Hamilton 
Permanent, Full Time (37.55 hours per week)

 

We have a permanent position available for an Administration Officer to join our Client Management and Debt Support team in our central Hamilton office.

About the role

 

In this busy and varied role you are responsible for coordinating meeting rooms, video conferencing equipment, visitor car parks and MSD pool car booking requests. You also be responsible for fleet management, catering, data entry, scanning, health & safety, reconciliations and other ad-hoc administration support services as required.  

 

You also have strengths in the following areas: 

 

  • exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • at least intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • good presentation skills – natural flair for design, layout and publishing
  • proven experience maintaining and improving office systems.

  • Salary range $44,165 to $60,727 per annum (effective 1 Nov 2019, in line with skills and experience).
